The True Religion retention program maintained an average monthly attribution rate of approximately 30% in business performance, with email marketing contributing to 20% of this growth and SMS marketing accounting for the remaining 10%. The primary objective was to increase revenue by 10% within six months by optimizing both channels and deploying a comprehensive loyalty program and fine-tuning the functionality of their mobile application.
